Supreme Court warns against privacy violation

Preeminent Court on Monday impugned Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) for surpassing its purview while coordinating an attack at a law office possessed by Senior Advocate Sambhu Thapa, Legal Advisor Forum, in suspicion of expense avoidance on September 6, 2013.

Issuing a last decision on Thapa Vs. CIAA case, seat of Chief Justice Kalyan Shrestha and Senior Justice Shushila Karki cautioned the CIAA against damaging a man's proficient space and protection without least due constancy and examination.
